Beijing Great Wall-Peony Mould Manufacture Co., Ltd. is an international famous Chinese manufacturer that supplies the whole project for producing PVC windows and doors. We started by making extrusion tools in 1992, named Great Wall Mould; in 1995, we started making extruders and downstreams; meanwhile, GWM also started making fabrication machines. In 2002, after combination with Peony Injection Department, we founded Beijing Great Wall-Peony Mould Manufacture Co., Ltd. which has export license and represented all Great Wall Manufacture products.

Great Wall Mould is one of the largest and most competitive extrusion tool manufacturers in China. Founded in 1992, located in Beijing, GWM is one of the earliest tool manufacturer in China who makes tools for European system windows and doors (casement, sliding); American style PVC windows (casement, sliding, double hung), foam PVC (door frame, board), co-extrusion (PMMA / ASA / PVC capstock and post co-extrusion flexible PVC for seal and gasket).

After combination with Peony Injection Department in 2003, GWM is able to supply good injection moulds. In 2004, we cooperated with TCI which is an Austria high-tech company, supplying excellent top level extrusion tools with high-speed and perfect service. Now our PVC extrusion tools have been exported to North American, Austria, Germany, Turkey and many other countries.

Beijing Great Wall-Peony Mould Manufacture Co., Ltd. has strong ability and successful experience in designing and manufacturing extrusion machines for PVC window and door profiles and PVC pipes as per customers' different requirements.

Our extrusion machinery fabrication plant is located in Shanghai. Now GWM's SJF80 single screw extruder and SJZ-65 extruder have CE certification and all downstreams' electronic appliance can be specified. GWM's pipe extrusion machines, small co-extruders for PMMA / ASA / PVC and flexible PVC, fabrication machines are very cost-effective in the world.

GWM also has a PVC profile plant and a fabrication plant in Beijing. It is mainly for extrusion PVC foam profiles and steel / PVC co-extrusion profiles and then assembly into a window which is GWM's own patent. We have many long-term customers for profiles, especially in North American.
